W.O.W. group training takes into account your individual goals with exercises to improve balance, lose weight, increase core strength, range-of-motion, and boost your cardio health. Our goal is to help you feel supported and empowered in your fitness journey. The class also works on introducing lifestyle habits for accountability and achieving long and short term goals. In this 1 hour class the focus is on Range of Motion, Balance, and Relaxation. This class fits well into any routine, but is especially good for injury prevention, injury recovery, surgical recovery, stress reduction, overall tight/sore muscles. A much needed and overlooked addition to any fitness routine from beginner to elite.

TRX is a great way to increase your overall strength, greatly improve your core strength, tone muscles you never knew existed, and above all have a great time. This TRX class includes moves at a quick pace and is suitable for those who have experience with TRX. Focused movements at an up-tempo pace will challenge your cardiovascular system, power, and overall strength. Energy Flow Yoga

My focus when leading this class is to provide yoga series combined with cardiovascular intervals to help shift and move energy throughout your body. The class is focused, fun and meant to challenge your body and mind. Yoga movements and cardio elements are done at your own pace allowing you to get in a strong overall workout for your well being. Music is played at a high volume. Every class ends with a 5 - 7 minute sound meditation.
