Personal Training

Our team is certified with 20+ years of experience in personal training. 

Right Track Fitness PDX specializes in body and life transformation, working with individuals who:
  • Want to improve their overall fitness.
  • Want or need to lose more than 30 pounds
  • Want to improve how they feel in their daily life.
  • Are getting back into workouts after an injury or a long time off.
  • Are recovering from hip, knee, or back injuries or surgeries.
  • Are living with chronic pain and want to stay active and healthy.
  • Struggle with comfort eating, impulsive eating, or overeating.
Our goal as your trainer is to provide you with positive support, encouragement, motivation, and the proper workouts to help you reach your goal(s). We do not believe in supplements or "lose weight quick" schemes. We promote healthy and balanced nutrition, working with you to clean up poor eating habits, which long term will allow a healthier life.

Complimentary Consult
In this 20 minute meeting, we will talk about your health history, your current workouts, and your future health and fitness related goals. I will ask what you want to achieve by working with me. This is a good first step to starting out in a program that will get you going on the Right Track to any of your health related goals. Often we will talk about scheduling your first session, so having your calendar on hand is a useful tool.

Fitness Assessment

BOOK ASSESSMENT
Personalized Fitness Assessment
$60
In this 45 minute meeting, we will go more in-depth than a complimentary consult. During this assessment, we will take BF%, BMI and circumference measurements. We will also do some baseline strength and balance moves to see where you are starting.

Additionally, we will talk about your current nutrition and exercise routine. When the assessment is done, you will have a few ideas on how to begin reaching your goal(s) as well as some hard data in determining your overall health and fitness. If the assessment is being used post PT (Physical Therapy), your notes from the PT will be reviewed prior to the assessment and during the assessment. Range of Motion exercises will be performed and measurements of range of motion and strength will be taken.

BOOK TRAINING
60 Minute Training
8 pack - $80 per session
4 pack - $90 per session

30 Minute Training
8 pack - $40 per session
4 pack - $45 per session

Nutrition and Take Home Workouts Add -On
$150 per pack
BOOK GROUP TRAINING
Small Group/Buddy Training (2 - 4 people)
Add $30 per person, per session, to any personal training package. Buddy Training not available in 30 minute sessions.
Personal training is available for both in-person and Zoom classes at the same rates. 

Rates valid through June 30th 2023.
Payments accepted: Cash, Check, Zelle, or Credit Cards
Referrals from Dr. Sandmeier: 
 5% off listed rates (must have referral from doctor).
Senior Citizen, Student and Military Discount: 10% off listed rates (must show ID)​.
