Classes are $30, paid per class. Or pack of 4 for $105.
Available classes are updated on a weekly basis with current sign up links above.

Energy Flow Buti Yoga

Wednesdays at 6PM* times may vary. Please refer to sign up links above for most current schedule. Intermediate to advanced level


Fridays 10AM* times may vary. Please refer to sign up links above for most current schedule. Beginner to Intermediate level

My focus when leading these classes is to provide yoga series combined with cardiovascular intervals to help shift and move energy throughout your body. The class is focused, fun and meant to challenge your body and mind.  Yoga movements and cardio elements are done at your own pace allowing you to get in a strong overall  workout for your well being. Every  class ends with a 5 - 7 minute sound meditation.

Tuesday at 700 PM
Thursday at 630 PM


In this 1 hour class, your balance, strength, mobility and endurance will be challenged in a fun and ever-changing format. You'll push, pull, rotate, hinge, lift, and even combine some of those at the same time. All levels of ability are welcome in this class. There is a short warm up and cool down component to every class.​
