Right Track PDX Class Descriptions

Classes are pay per class, $30 or pack of 4 for $105.
All classes are taught in-person at our studio. For more information on any classes or to sign up for your first class, give us a call, send an email or book online.

Energy Buti Yoga
Wednesday at 6PM* times may vary slightly. Please refer to schedule links above. Please note this is an Intermediate to Advanced level yoga class.

My focus when leading these classes is to provide yoga series combined with cardiovascular intervals to help shift and move energy throughout your body. The class is focused, fun and meant to challenge your body and mind.  Yoga movements and cardio elements are done at your own pace allowing you to get in a strong workout for your well being. Every  class ends with a 5 - 7 minute sound meditation.

In this 1 hour class, your balance, strength, mobility and endurance will be challenged in a fun and ever-changing format. You'll push, pull, rotate, hinge, lift, and even combine some of those at the same time. All levels of ability are welcome in this class. There is a short warm up and cool down component to every class.​
