Tabata Workout
Tuesdays at 615PM
Offered on ZOOM and in person.

Tabata is a fun and creative way to get in cardio and strength. For those unfamiliar with Tabata workouts here is a brief definition: Tabata training breaks a workout down into clearly defined intervals – typically, 20 seconds of an exercise performed at a “challenging for you pace" followed by 10 seconds of rest. Typically there are eight exercises that go into a 4-minute round in Tabata. Tabata class is 45 minutes, including warm up & cool down.
