My strengths in training are working with clients who are new or returning to working out and those who are looking to stay active and healthy in their everyday life. My training focuses on improving the functional movement of your body - ranging from basic balance improvement up to getting ready for your next competitive sports season. I work with clients from early teen years to baby boomers. While training with me, your workout will be safe, functional, fun, and results-driven. As your trainer, I work to provide you with positive support, encouragement, motivation, and workouts that assist you in reaching your goals.
